MoPA中文日- Chinese Community Days
In February we are going to have some very special days at MoPA to celebrate Victoria’s enormous Chinese community.
Chinese Community Days:
Mon 17th Feb in Sandringham
Wed 19th Feb in Thomastown
Fri 21st Feb in Geelong
We will dance at our dance party to Chinese children’s music, our books will be read in Chinese languages, and even our signage will be translated. So if you’d like to get together with other families of the Chinese community, we’ll see you down here at MoPA! We expect these days to be very popular, but we do only have limited space available, so please be sure to jump online and book now to secure your spot. See you all then!

We’re on track for an AUGUST 2025 opening but until we’re 100% certain of the EXACT date that we’ll be open, we’re unable to accept any bookings. Mini Masters: 4 Weeks Only
(Mon 2nd June - Fri 4th July)
Hold onto your socks, lovelies! Mini Masters is showing @ MoPA from Monday. This gorgeous activity offers budding artists the opportunity to create their own framed mini masterpieces, based on works from some of the greats. The cutest way EVER to introduce your tots to the greatest creations EVER, from the most incredible master artists EVER. Remember - All our activities are included with your ticket.
And pleeeease don’t forget to book; as this cold weather sets in, most days do completely sell-out at MoPA! xx

Meet the Mums of MoPA!
Hold onto your ❤️’s — In the lead up to Mother’s Day our team has been sharing some of their dearest family memories, and these lil’ pics are just a taste.
You might notice that all these memories are all framed up in hand-made 4x6 frames 🖼️ and that’s because… From Monday 5th May - and all the way up until Mother’s Day on Sunday 11th May - ALL the visitors at ALL of our Museums will be invited to make your OWN gorgeous 4x6 picture frame to take home. All the templates, textiles and tools you’ll need will be provided.
The hardest part is definitely going to be choosing a special memory that deserves to be framed up inside your lil’ creation :)
Right NOW is always the right time to put our adult worries away (even if it’s just for a mo!) in order to PLAY - CREATE - DANCE - LAUGH - DISCUSS - HUG - EXPLORE - with the kids. ❤️
