YES, in fact the majority of GOLD PASSES purchased are actually bought as gifts!

When you’re purchasing either a GOLD PASS or WONDER CLUB membership, you can print the ‘welcome email’ (to pop in an envelope) or you can schedule a welcome email to be sent directly to your recipient during the checkout process. We can also change the membership details later (such as the email addresses); it’s really a very easy process managed by our Guest Services Team who are available 7-days a week on 1800 00 66 72.

NO, memberships can’t be shared.

To ensure memberships can be offered at the most affordable price possible, they mustn’t be shared. It’s worth noting that a WONDER CLUB member only needs to return once to start saving money. And a GOLD PASS member that visits once a week will end the year with a average cost of entry of just $2.27!

Note: One specific name and photograph is associated with each membership. If our booking system identifies sharing of membership details, it will apply a non-refundable cancellation.

WONDER CLUB is very affordable to join and provides access to heavily discounted tickets. The GOLD PASS is a premium option that’s priced equivalent to ~5 casual visits, providing access to unlimited $0 entry – this option is a VERY popular option to gift because of the convenience in being able to book with no cost of entry for an entire year.

Yes. All the Memberships provide access to ALL our Museums, ALL year long. 

Most members live closer to one Museum than the others, and they’ll typically treat this location as their local hangout – and they’ll then utilise their all-access membership to meet up with friends on the other side of town, and explore the full Museum network.

We think so too, but we promise – there’s no catch!

Whilst the GOLD PASS has been available at MoPA for many years, the WONDER CLUB is a new membership option we’ve designed to help families access more Museum experiences during these tougher economic times. Here at MoPA we can’t control inflation, fuel prices, taxes, interest rates or government policy – but we CAN work smarter and harder to make sure we’re balancing the quality learning experiences we’re famous for with the rapidly evolving macro-economic conditions.P

There is no limit to how many times a Member can visit our Museums.

The only thing that we do ask is that members attend just once per day – in fairness to other guests that may wish to attend on the same day as you! Some members attend weekly, others every other month. Whether you attend 50+ or just twice in the year, a MoPA Membership represents exceptional value.

No, because families come in all shapes and sizes.

We received feedback that any cluster of tickets or memberships (such as 2+2) didn’t suit a lot of families. And so individual Membership packages are offered to allow you to purchase Memberships for only those in your family that will find the value; be that a child, a single parent, a grandparent, a regular carer, etc

It’s super easy. 

As we have ‘comfy capacity’ limits set in place for all our sessions, we request that all our Members book their visit online before arrival. This ensures you have a spot saved when you arrive at the door and don’t miss out due to private functions, excursions or sold-out sessions! When booking online, simply enter your Membership details at checkoout.

Wonder Club tickets will automatically be reduced to the Member price of $6 per child and $4 per adult. Gold Pass tickets will automatically be reduced to $0.
